***Special shift 11am - 7pm or 12pm - 8pm
The Property Maintenance Coordinator locates and hires vendors and specialists to complete repairs and maintenance in occupied homes for ZVN managed properties. In this role, you will call vendors and residents, manage repair jobs from start to finish from the office, and ensure work is completed accurately and timely to meet client deadlines.

Responsibilities:
· Manage individual repair jobs from start to finish to ensure the appropriate vendors are selected and excellent results are delivered
· Ensure quality control standards are being met by vendors
· Submit job results to client teams
· Ensure timely completion of work to meet client deadlines by obtaining updates and communicating updates to clients or residents via phone, email spreadsheets, vendor portals, etc.
· Promote a positive image of ZVN to clients and contractors through professionalism and communication
· Stay informed of industry pricing and standards, client portals/systems, and internal systems and technology
· Assist with one-off projects or tasks as needed by clients and team leads and manager
· Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of construction or general rehab/repair is extremely helpful
· Strong computer skills including email, data entry, typing, spreadsheets, and the ability to learn and operate new vendor portals
· Knowledge of basic office administration skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box
· Strong attention to detail, organization and time management
· Good negotiation and conflict management skills
· Must have the ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for extended periods of time.
· Team player and ability to adapt in an ever-changing industry
· The ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
· The ability to work well under pressure
· Ability to work Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm, with some weekends as needed. Flexibility in schedule is preferred, overtime available.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
