The successful candidate will help with general office administration functions: incoming multi-line telephone calls, scheduling appointments, follow-up on Customer Service inquiries, utilizing software to maintain work performed and charges, other duties as assigned by the manager.
WE REQUIRE:
-- great computer knowledge, internet navigation, email, database navigation
-- the ability to multi-task, seriously it can be fast-paced and you will need to work at that level
--the ability to work independently there is no micromanaging and you will need to be responsible for your own time management.
-- at least 2 years of trades Customer Service experience, willing to train the right person with the right personality
-- strong communication and interpersonal skills, you will be talking to customers & coworkers on a daily basis via phone, chat, and face to face.
-- excellent follow-up and organizational skills. Note-taking and follow-up is a must! Your manager is a post-it junkie!!
-- the ability to pass a background check
