Customer Service Representative

FASTSIGNS is looking for a Customer Service Representative to help grow our business. We are hiring a personality first, and skills second. We can train the job skills but not create the personality.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns
• Process cash transactions accurately using cash register or POS system
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Upsell and promote additional products or services to customers
• Utilize CRM software to manage customers and email lists
• Monitor and update social media accounts

• Associates or Bachelors degree
• Sales experience
• Social media

• Design

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
