Duties and Responsibilities:

• Expert Inspection: Conduct thorough inspections to determine maintenance needs and diagnose plumbing issues efficiently.
• Drain Cleaning Mastery: Skillfully perform drain cleaning on plumbing systems, ensuring pipes and lines are in optimal condition.
• Machinery Proficiency: Operate various machines used in drain cleaning, showcasing your technical expertise.
• Clog Removal and Leak Repair: Clear clogged lines and repair leaks with precision, ensuring plumbing systems function flawlessly.
• Job Site Excellence: Maintain impeccable job site cleanliness and organization throughout all phases of the service process.
• Preventive Maintenance: Execute preventive maintenance tasks to prevent future plumbing issues.
• Comprehensive Plumbing Services: Provide service repair, installation, and recommendations for sewer line or drain line issues, encompassing clogged drains, leaky pipes, water heaters, sewer mains, sump ejector systems, effluent pumps, septic systems/fields, and water purifiers.
• Time Management: Efficiently manage your time and schedules to meet service needs promptly.

Physical Demands:

• Residential Environments: Work is performed in various residential properties, including attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs.
• Physical Effort: Moderate physical effort is required, including standing, squatting, sitting for extended periods, and occasional exposure to physical risks, such as heat, sun exposure, ladder climbing (over thirty feet), and exposure to insects, rodents, and sewage.
• Environmental Conditions: Moderate exposure to elements and heat above 100 degrees.
• Ladder Use: Frequently ascend and descend ladders while maintaining balance, showcasing physical agility.
