Hvac Commercial Service Technicians

HVAC Technician Duties and Responsibilities

· Responding to Customer Service Requests (service calls)

· Inspect current HVAC systems for effectiveness and safety

· Perform repairs and routine maintenance

· Diagnose and repair issues related to system performance and failure

· Installation of new HVAC/R equipment

HVAC Service Technician Additional Responsibilities

· Utilization of company web-based software system for signatures and job closures.

· Continuous communication skills Service Coordinator

· Maintain accurate inventory of all equipment and HVAC resources

· Maintaining current vehicle inventory, cleanliness and maintenance

· Participate in ongoing training and meetings.

· Take Pride in your work, provide the highest level of customer service

· Represent our Company with a clean image

HVAC Service Technician Requirements and Qualifications

· Must be able to lift at least 70 lbs.

· Must be able and willing to climb ladders.

· Current EPA Certification required

· Light commercial refrigeration experience, preferred but not required.

· Proficient with manual and power tools

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in commercial HVAC

· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
