Job Description

- Perform water heater installation, maintenance, and repairs.

- Investigate and resolve complex plumbing problems efficiently.
- Interact with customers professionally, explaining repair options.
- Maintain a customer-centric approach, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Generate service reports and invoices as necessary.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects and work in confined spaces.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- At least two years of related work experience preferred.
