Assistant Manager
Location: Playa Bowls Springboro, Ohio
Position: Full Time 40-45+ hours, must be able to work weekends

What began as a pair of blenders, a patio table, and fridge has flourished into a 200 unit operation and franchisor of the leading fast casual restaurant concept.

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will be doing a variety of tasks from training new employees, to strategically resolving problems. What you’ll do:
Assistant Manager: Assistant Managers are considered management and are trustworthy. Assistant Managers show exemplary work performance and demonstrate responsibility and maturity while working. They are comfortable delegating work and should excel at doing such in a manner that prioritizes the needs of the shop. Assistant Managers are responsible for the direction, coordination, scheduling, training team members, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining team members, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Job Responsibilities
