We are seeking a Plant Operator - Entry Level Or Experienced

We run a sand plant that is family owned with a small team that take care of each other and use common sense.
Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate plant operations and activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely fashion
• Load and unload equipment and materials
• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance on the plant

​Qualifications:

• We are willing to train the right Entry level person without past experience
• Additional pay for previous experience in plant operations or other related fields
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
