If you answer yes to these, consider our Plant Manager role. You will:
- Manage the daily operations, including production scheduling, internal and external resources, inventory, expense management, manpower planning, performance evaluations and personnel development.
- Facilitate communication to support a proactive manufacturing environment.
- Direct and support staff to achieve overall operation objectives.
- Interact with customers to ensure resources are aligned to their needs.
- With the direction from upper management, develop and implement strategic planning initiatives with focus on growth and cost control.
- Ensure staff are trained and equipped to succeed.
- Manage line flow layouts, production efficiency, waste reduction, and overall production space utilization.
- Plan and coordinate production flow changes to achieve optimal production throughput.
Successful candidates for this role have experience managing operations by promoting teamwork among Engineering, The Customer Team, Materials, Quality and Production.
To be considered for this opportunity, the candidate must have Bachelor's degree; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
