SalarySUMMARY
Plan, direct, and coordinate work activities and resources necessary for manufacturing products in accordance with cost, quality, and quantity specifications. Formulate policies, manage daily operations, and plan the use of materials and human resources. Coordinate operational activities; manage all facets of unit operations, applying lean manufacturing techniques in the pursuit of continuous improvement for process, safety, quality, service, products and environment.
FUNCTIONS
- Develop budgets and approve expenditures for supplies, materials, and human resources, ensuring that
- Review processing schedules and production orders to assist making decisions concerning inventory requirements, staffing requirements, work procedures, and duty assignments, considering budgetary limitations
- Review operations and confer with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing
- Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, and resolve personnel grievances.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
