Job Summary:
Raytheon has an excellent opportunity for a Planning and Production Control Lead who will perform as a key member of the Planning and Production Control Team supporting factory(s) that are part of the Subsystems Make Center. You will need to be on-site for most of the time for this position.
Responsibilities to Anticipate:
Lead Production Control Depot Team in Tucson at the Airport Site
Ensuring the full compliance of company policies and procedures
Supports deployment of Operations strategy and metrics to accurately measure progress, drive continuous improvement and improve on-time delivery
Lead the effort to develop and implement process improvements and cost reductions utilizing CORE best practices and processes.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and five (5) years relevant experience OR advanced degree and three (3) years of relevant experience OR in absence of a degree, ten (10) years of relevant experience is required.
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Value:
Previous Planning and Production Control experience in a manufacturing environment
Demonstrated people management/leadership skills and ability to influence across multiple functions
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
Experience with Six Sigma/CORE processes, tools and applications
Experience leading teams in cost reduction/process improvement initiatives
Knowledge of Integrated Planning, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Depot, Sales and Operations Planning as well as Inventory Management.
Strong Operations manufacturing and financial business acumen, including the ability to manage to CER rates
Strong MRP (Materials Requirement Planning) knowledge and analytical skills
Strong warehousing skills and understanding

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
