- Work as part of a team; conduct background research and analysis; perform real estate market and economic research, analysis, and modeling including density bonus calibration.
- Develop schematic-level urban design, site design, and development visualizations; conduct quantitative, spatial, and qualitative analyses; draft code language by working with other departments.
- Create and give presentations to boards and commissions and community and professional organizations; and other planning activities as needed to support ongoing updates to Austin’s Land Development Code.
