We're looking for a Part TimeSeniorClinical Health Plannerto support projects throughout the United States. In this role you'll lead planning consultancy for our Health clients and work closely with our Health team and broader Sales/Operations team to implement our Health Market Plan, developing client relationships and growth in this market. A key part of the role is to continue to develop Health as a key sector across Jacobs in our Built Environment in collaboration with our global Health leadership.
You will also lead and/or support key projects as a Senior Clinical Health Planner with a specific focus in the following areas:
- Business development in Health in the short/medium term developing client relationships
- Act as an advisor to our PMCM group for their health clients
- Lead and deliver health planning projects
- Development and delivery of specialized areas such as health facility planning, including operational planning and space programming
- Implement new methods and approaches for effective stakeholder engagement
- Master Plan clinical study reviews
- Master Planning of academic medical centers, community hospitals and ambulatory clinics
- Post occupancy reviews, analysis, and benchmarking
- Healthcare transition and move planning

Position offers remote flexibility.
- A Bachelor degree in a related field
- 10+ years of Clinical experience such as a Nurse, Doctor, or other clinician
- Experience as a healthcare consultant preferably with an architecture firm or similar
- Willing and able to travel based on business need to client sites throughout the United States
Ideally, You'll Also Have:
- Knowledge of the Facilities Guidelines Institute for Design and Construction of Health Care Facilities and NFPA requirements as they apply to healthcare facilities
- Knowledge of the Joint Commission survey and accreditation guidelines and capable of reviewing and giving opinions on recent surveys
