Qualifications:
- The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience handling bodily injury, and uninsured motorist claims in Florida that is aggressive, detailed, dedicated, and hard-working.
- Candidate must have tried at least 5 personal injury jury trials.
- The candidate must have extensive litigation experience on the plaintiff side with cases during the pre-suit and litigation stages in Florida Circuit courts.
- The candidate must have experience with depositions, and hearings, developing and presenting PowerPoint presentations at mediations, and participate in trials and arbitrations.
- Juris Doctorate and Florida Bar Admission in good standing.
Salary & Benefits:
- The pay range is dependent upon experience. The range of pay is $120,000-$400,000 per year depending on the candidate's performance, work ethic, and commission. The candidate has the potential to make more.
- $100,000.00 life insurance policy paid by the Firm.
- 1-week vacation after six months of employment, 2 weeks vacation after one year of employment, and three 3 weeks of vacation after two years of employment with the law firm.
- 6 federal holidays off per year.
- 6 personal/sick days per year.
- Health insurance (4 different options to choose from including a Health Saving Account – HAS option) basic packet health insurance paid in full by the firm.
