Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in Family Law and Adoption Litigation cases, including court appearances and legal proceedings.
• Conduct legal research, prepare legal documents, and provide expert legal advice to clients.
• Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation sessions to achieve favorable outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation for all assigned cases.
• Stay current on state laws and regulations related to Family Law and adoption to provide effective legal representation.

Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
