SalaryAndiamo Pizzeria in Scottsdale is looking for experienced pizza makers. We are a new, small, locally-owned pizzeria making some of the best food in all of Phoenix. People have been raving about our pizzas with many calling it the best in town. We have only been open for five weeks, and we have over 115+ reviews on Google and Yelp combined. We strive to make the best pizza in the city and are only interested in interviewing people who are experienced pizza makers. Dough knowledge is preferred but not mandatory. Pay is between $18 - $22 an hour. Also, you'll be part of the tip pool. We are setup like a NY deli and it is all countertop service. No servers and no bartenders. I give to my staff 100% of the tips obtained throughout the day. On average, people leave 10% tip on countertop orders. Tip-outs have been between $25-$45 for each shift during the week and over $75+ on the weekend shifts. This pay will be on-top of your hourly wage. We are not doing any scheduled interviews. Simply stop by during working hours. We will simply put you on the line and see how you do. We are willing to pay top-dollar for qualified candidates.
