Bartenders is responsible for greeting guests at our Full Service bar. Duties will include preparing, pouring and Full Service to the guest at the bar .Other requirements include good communication skills, teamwork, cleanliness, and ability to stand and walk for extended periods (10+ hours) ability to maintain inventory of bar. This position also serves tables as well.

Duties and Responsibilities:
· Welcoming diners comfortably in the bar area while engaging in a professional manner
· Able to execute and pour craft cocktails in a timely manner for restaurant while maintaining bar service
· Accurately taking customer's food and drink orders
· Ensuring customers at the bar are of legal age
· Responsible for safe keeping of bar inventory at all times
· Collaborating with the kitchen for prompt and correct delivery of orders
· Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals, and drinks from restaurant wine stock
· Delivering a memorable dining experience by resolving all customer issues promptly
· Assisting with the tidying of tables, clearing leftovers, and keeping the bar area neat and pleasant
· Ensuring bar area cleaned after closing to comply with state regulations and is open ready for next shift
· Have great customer service and positive attitude to team and guests
· Must present a professional attitude and appearance
· Acknowledge guest opportunities and offer options
· Maintain an open line of communication with Managers and Chefs
· Ability to accept performance feedback in a professional manner
· Regular attendance and on-time to all scheduled shifts is considered an essential function of the job
· Other duties as assigned
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
· Prior experience in a Full Service bar establishment required
· Excellent written and oral communication skills
· In-depth knowledge of alcohol, mixology and wines
· Highly developed interpersonal skills
· Basic inventory skills
· Working knowledge of point-of-sale systems
· The ability to work on your feet for most of the day and lift 50 pounds at a time
· Food Handlers Permit + Alcoholic Beverage Handlers Permit
