Form of workAs Pilates Education Program Sales Associate, you will be a vital part of our team, responsible for engaging with potential students and guiding them through the enrollment process in our Pilates Teacher Training Program. Your role involves handling inbound leads, conducting virtual and in-studio information sessions, and facilitating a seamless handoff of enrolled students to Master Trainers and the Education Program Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Engagement:
Contact and promptly follow up with all inbound leads expressing interest in the Teacher Training Program.
Build rapport and provide information to potential students to guide them through the decision-making process.
Information Sessions:
Run monthly virtual information sessions to showcase the benefits and details of our training program.
Coordinate in-studio information sessions to offer a personalized experience for potential students at our local studios.
Enrollment Process:
Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrollment.
Collaborate with Education Program Coordinator (Role #1) to facilitate a seamless handoff of enrolled students.
Collaboration with Master Trainers:
Work closely with Master Trainers to understand program details and effectively communicate them to potential students.
Hand off enrolled students to Master Trainers for the next phase of the training program.
Other Duties as assigned
Previous experience in sales, preferably in the education or fitness industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively conduct virtual and in-person presentations.
Strong organizational skills to manage leads and enrollment processes.
Enthusiasm for our Pilates Instructor Teacher Training Program.
