Overview:

Club Pilates is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Pilates professional to fill the role of Multi-Unit Pilates Coordinator. This role will combine teaching Pilates classes with administrative responsibilities, overseeing the schedules and instructors across multiple Club Pilates studios in Orange County and Los Angeles County. The ideal candidate must have comprehensive Pilates certification, a strong teaching background, management experience, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to coach and lead a team of instructors.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching (20 hours/week):

Lead high-quality Pilates classes to members and clients.

Provide expert guidance and feedback to help clients achieve their fitness goals.

Maintain a safe, motivating, and positive teaching environment.

Administrative (20 hours/week):

Oversee scheduling, staffing, and daily operations for multiple Club Pilates studios.

Handle instructor schedules and assist in managing class availability.

Assist in recruitment, hiring, and management of Pilates instructors across all locations.

Monitor and maintain equipment and studio cleanliness.

Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive membership and class participation.

Handle member inquiries and issues with professionalism and promptness.

Qualifications:

Comprehensive 500-hour Pilates certification from a reputable program.

Minimum of 3 years of teaching Pilates classes, with a proven track record of excellence.

2 years prior experience in a management or supervisory role.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to motivate and coach instructors to deliver top-quality classes.

Knowledge of Club Pilates programs and services.

Proficient in using scheduling software and basic office tools.

Passion for fitness, wellness, and Pilates.

Location: The Multi-Unit Pilates Coordinator will work across multiple Club Pilates studios in Orange County and Los Angeles County. Travel between locations may be required.
