Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm

Pay: $32.00 -$34.00 per hour

Physician On boarding Specialist Duties

• Lead new physicians through the On boarding process, performing a variety of credentialing, privileging and employed On boarding tasks while acting as the primary liaison between providers and organizational colleagues and leaders.
• Serves as a liaison between Medical Staff Services and organizational stakeholders to ensure process completion timelines align with target start dates
• Assists in the direction and maintenance of a comprehensive and specialized credentialing program to assure continued accreditation by The Joint Commission (TJC) and other regulatory organizations.

Physician On boarding Specialist Requirements

• High School Diploma
• MUST HAVE 1 year experience On boarding physicians
• Ability to work independently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
