The Opportunity
- Up to $150K sign on bonus for qualified candidates
- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified General Anesthesiologists to backfill recent retirements and accommodate practice growth
- Current CA state license is a plus
- Physician partnership model with immediate partnership and profit-sharing opportunities
- Practice site autonomy while having the support of a national network
- Recently signed new extended contract with the hospital

The Practice
Mercy Medical Center - Redding, California
- 262-bed level 2 trauma hospital supporting 12 ORs (>16k cases/year), 2 OB ORs (>2500 OB pts/year) and cath lab
- Services includeorthopedics, general surgery, gynecological surgery, urology, ENT, neurosurgery, trauma, and labor & delivery
- Opportunity to do Cardiac Anesthesia (CV fellowship and TEE certification are required)
- The group staffs multiple outpatient facilities - all within 5 minutes of the hospital. with majority of cases at the main hospital
- Providers may support affiliated surgery centers
