Innovations Arlington is a mental health treatment program offered by Mesa Springs Hospital for children and adolescents ages 10-18. Innovations provides a Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for children in elementary, middle and high school. Mesa Springs is a 72-bed behavioral hospital located in Fort Worth, Texas. Position Details
- Responsible for providing psychotherapy and counseling therapies including group, individual and family therapy for patients suffering from psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
- Works with multi-disciplinary team to develop individualized plan of care.
- Ensure accurate and timely patient documentation
Requirements:
- Master's degree in social work or counseling or relevant state licensure required. LMSW,LCSW,LPC/(-A)LMFT-A,LMFT
- State Licensure per state requirements
- CPR and CPI Certification within 30 day of employment
Experience:
- Prior work with psychiatric and chemical dependency patients.
