Job Highlights

Our Team Leads work in position while also motivating retail staff to achieve daily KPI's set by the Operations Manager. As part of the Sales Team, you will capture & sell photos and videos of our guests at different locations within Top of the Rock while also leading 5-10 Retail Associates daily.

• Working indoors and outdoors on the Observation Deck, located on the 70th floor - so comfort around heights is a must!
• Inspiring Photo Sales Team to capture and create superior customer service through intentional interactions that provide value to both customer and company.
• Bringing out the best in Retail Associates so they crush their daily KPI's all while having a good time too!
• Being a ninja at using empathy and tenacity to problem solve and push your team's peak performance.
• Personalizing your leadership style to create genuine connections that drive our employee satisfaction culture and positive business outcomes.

You don't need to have photo or video sales experience to be successful! You just need to be receptive to some serious training, operating digital touch-screen cash registers and using professional walkabout cameras. We're looking for part-time roles.
