Senior Graphic Designer Team Lead

We are seeking a highly talented Senior Graphic Designer Team Lead to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and leading a graphic design team, spearheading a complete revamping of Company branding & marketing efforts, and overseeing the creation and delivery of visual designs for our clients.  

While this position will be working in a corporate capacity, they will also be involved in supporting the operations of all of our Divisions. Responsibilities:

• Build and manage a team of Graphic Designers
• Provide guidance and mentorship to help designers grow their skills
• Develop and execute design concepts for a variety of marketing and branding initiatives, including print and digital materials, websites, email campaigns, social media content, and more
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Management Staff, Project Managers, Client Relations Managers and Web Developers, to ensure consistency and accuracy in all design deliverables
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and technologies, and provide recommendations to improve the design process
• Communicate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives, and present design concepts and solutions to address their needs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• At least 8 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills across various mediums
• At least 3 years experience in Web Design
• At least 3 years experience with UX/UI design for websites and mobile applications
• Experience building and managing a team of designers and leading design projects from concept to completion
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro and InDesign
• Experience in branding, social media, and marketing design
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present design concepts to clients and communicate with team members effectively
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet project deadlines
