Phone Sales Representatives Wanted

Profit Solutions is a successful, closely held, private company headed with an experienced CEO with a 35-year track record starting, growing, and building large companies in multiple spaces. He has made numerous people extremely wealthy during his career. He is looking to build another incredibly strong sales team to grow Profit Solutions.

Profit Solutions focuses on helping SMBs to grow their revenues through intelligent digital marketing and financial reporting solutions.

We are looking to hire several "work from home", Full-Time Independent Contractor Phone Sales Representatives.

WE PROVIDE ALL OF THE LEADS (NO COLD CALLING), SCRIPTS, TRAINING, PHONE SYSTEMS, ETC. ALL YOU NEED IS A GOOD COMPUTER AND INTERNET CONNECTION AND A PROFESSIONAL OFFICE ENVIRONMENT.

YOU DO NOT NEED PRIOR SALES EXPERIENCE EITHER.

YOU SIMPLY HAVE TO LOVE TALKING TO PEOPLE, BE A GREAT LISTENER, SPEAK REASONABLY ARTICULATELY, AND ENJOY STAYING ON THE PHONES ALL DAY LONG MAKING CALLS...

EVERYTHING ELSE... WE WILL TEACH YOU.

Here is what Phone Sales Reps do:

1. Make 60+ phone calls or have a minimum of 4 hours of talk time EVERY DAY. (If you don't like being on the phones all day, please do not apply for this job. This is a "Phone Sales job".

2. Close deals and make between $50,000 and $120,000 per year (1st year). See below for full compensation plan.

Here is what Phone Sales Reps Make (ie Compensation):

This position earns $2,500 per month AS A DRAW. This is just to help you get started while you get your pitch down and build your pipeline. The real money is in the commissions which are 50% of the POS. We expect salespeople to earn between $50K and $120K their first year once they are trained and have a pipeline (takes less than 60-days).

This is an independent contractor position so there are no benefits.
