Outbound Sales Representative - Natural Health Supplements

The Role:

We're a young, dynamic, growing sales organization based in downtown Austin, providing outbound phone sales for leading health brands. We're seeking professionals that love to talk to people, that love helping others and are passionate about health & wellness. You will work directly with existing customers, creating relationships and building a client book of business that you can grow & maintain going forward. We're looking for someone who has sales experience, health & fitness/supplement knowledge, and strong google workspace (gmail, google calendar, google Meet, etc..) experience. You will need to be comfortable talking about sensitive issues with your clients such as sexual health, mental health, physical health, hormones, and issues in the bedroom.

Responsibilities:

• Strong knowledge of health & wellness, supplements and/or fitness.
• Responsible for calling existing clients to build a relationship and identify needs beyond their initial order.
• Serve as a health expert, helping clients understand the product, usage and addressing any questions or concerns they have.
• Maintains client relationships in order to build a "book"of clients that will do business with you moving forward.
• Accountable for making the necessary amount of daily dials to ensure hot leads are called.
• Communicates the importance of healthy habits, including diet & exercise that will support an all natural supplement plan.
• Disciplined self starter with the drive to work on your own without being micromanaged.
• Familiar working with CRM systems, and multitasking on various platforms

What your bring: Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years of Sales experience
• 1-2 years of Health & Fitness experience
• 1 year of google workspace experience (google calendar, meet, gmail, etc)
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills:

• Outbound sales
• Health Related Degree
• Certified Personal Trainer or Certified Nutritionist

Pay:

Our new sales reps consistently earn $150-$300 per day in commission. Our veteran, more seasoned sales folks earn $250-$500+ per day.

First 3 months you will be eligible for a "draw, which will guarantee pay of $2,000 per month for the first 90 days: This, along with the bump in commission rate, for the first 90 days, helps to make up for the fact that the first week of training is not paid.

In order to qualify for the draw you must:

- Must make 60 dials, per day, minimum

- Must average 1 sale per day

With hundreds of new leads every day, we need new salespeople to help us scale with so much new growth. Very warm/hot leads. Every customer you speak with has already purchased from us online. It is a "cold call" role, as they will not be expecting your call, but, there is some built in trust & interest being that they are already customers.
