Serves as member of the Scheduling/Phone Reception with a busy Cardiologist office in the Texas Medical Center to assist other team members with operations of the Call Center. Responsible for prompt and professional communication in both incoming and outgoing calls to patients, staff, and outside referrals for the practice. It is essential to have good communication skills and the ability to utilize various technology within the office. Assists in triage of patient calls and will need to delineate between administrative requests and clinical requests from patients. This role will also assist in the scheduling of patients for onsite office visits and testing. A working knowledge of the basic operations of a healthcare practice is essential. Excellent customer service attitude and communication skills required.
