Dispatcher/ Scheduler

CornerStone Staffing has partnered with a POWER HOUSE Cabinet Manufacturing company that has a huge presence the U.S, Canada and Mexico. We are currently seeking GREAT CANDIDATES for the Scheduling/Dispatching position.

Pay: $19/hr

Location: Irving , Texas

FULLY REMOTE AFTER TRAINING IN IRVING

Hours: 7am-3:30pm, Monday - Friday (mandatory OT after shift and on weekends during busy times)

Job Description:

The Scheduler is making outbound calls and taking inbound calls as well as doing administrative tasks involved in scheduling cabinets for new homes. This is similar to dispatching installation techs for installations

Education, Experience and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED, some college courses beyond high school preferred;

• 1 to 3+ years experience in a customer service role in a high paced office environment

• Advanced keyboarding skills required, knowledge of Windows based programs and Microsoft office applications;

• Excellent communication and organization skills;

• Ability to prioritize and multi-task

• The ability to work in a team environment

• Great job stability and longevity
