Location: US:WI:MENOMONEE FALLS at our CP-GERMANTOWN HEALTH CENTER facility.

Shift: 1st
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 9:00am - 5:00pm, and Friday from 8am - 12:30pm. Includes 4 or 5 half days on Saturdays per year at the Froedtert Health West Bend Clinic.
Job Summary:
Responsible for performing phlebotomy and various technical, non-technical, and clerical functions. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE:
- Completion of approved Phlebotomy program including clinicals with a minimum of 100 draws OR 6 months of related health care experience including direct patient contact.
- Phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient draws is preferred.
- High School diploma or equivalent is required.
- Graduate of approved Phlebotomy Training program is preferred.
