Creswell Health Mart Pharmacy in Creswell, OR is looking to hire a full-time Pharmacist in Charge to oversee daily operations within our pharmacy by supervising technicians, dispensing prescriptions, and tracking performance goals. This is a full-time salaried position with earnings averaging $80 - $90/hr. Work completed on unscheduled days is compensated additionally at your hourly rate. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PHARMACIST IN CHARGE
As a Pharmacist in Charge, you are responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our pharmacy. In this supervisory role, you provide training and mentorship to technicians and clerks. Your leadership and interpersonal skills serve you well as you delegate responsibilities, offer constructive feedback and implement employee improvement plans. Staff members appreciate how you facilitate a positive culture where communication is valued. You ensure the pharmacy is a safe place to work and shop while ensuring compliance with all rules, laws, and regulations.
You're committed to providing excellent service, and you make sure prescriptions are filled and dispensed quickly and accurately. As a naturally patience and helpful person, you make time for our customers and answer their questions while counseling them about their medications. You also provide immunizations while following the proper documentation procedures.
You are aware of and conscience of the health of the business while working with management. Members of management enjoy collaborating with you as you share ideas for improvement. You love having a career where your pharmacy expertise and leadership skills are valued and rewarded!

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time pharmacist manager position works Monday through Friday from 8:45 am to 6:15 pm. You will have one day off during the week. You will work every other Saturday from 9:45am to 2:15pm. Hours may be more or less than 40 hours per week.
