Clinical Pharmacy ManagerFacility: Acute Care Hospital
Location: Oregon
A growing community hospital in a beautiful NW setting, is looking for a PharmacyManager to join their organization and manage the daily operations of the Pharmacy Department. The Manager will oversee the compliance with patient care quality standards, control the purchase and inventory of pharmaceuticals and supplies; participates in the department’s planning, revenue analysis, budgeting, education, and human resources activities. Reports to the Director of Ancillary Services.
Requirements:This hospital’s leadership would like to find a manager who is a seasoned leader, with a willingness to step in and assist staff depending on staffing levels and orders. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited college of Pharmacy with a master’s degree or Pharm D and is a Registered Pharmacist in the State of Oregon, Mandatory. Must have a minimum of 5+ years as a pharmacist and 2+ supervisory experience. 340B, certification, required.
