Duties:-
- Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Manage and supervise pharmacy staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to optimize pharmacy operations
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure appropriate medication therapy management
- Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
- Provide patient counseling on medication usage, side effects, and potential drug interactions
- Monitor inventory levels and order medications and supplies as needed
- Resolve any customer service issues or concerns related to the pharmacy department
```Qualifications:```
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
- Current state pharmacist license in good standing
- Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in medical terminology and understanding of prescription drug names
