Manages Retail Pharmacy operation for a designated site with a staff of at least one pharmacist and four supportive personnel.Responsible for: achievement of customer service, clinical initiative objectives, financial objectives, and regulatory compliance; adherence to professional practices and Kelsey-Seybold Clinic (KSC) and Kelsey Pharmacy policies and procedures; and management of all assigned personnel including students.Manages pharmacy personnel, provision of services, inventory, and overall profitability of high prescription volume store. Performs all duties of a registered pharmacist including accurate dispensing and counseling of prescriptions to customers.

Salary Range: $ 137,310 - $169,622 (Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.)

Required:BS or Pharm D College of Pharmacy

Experience
Required: 3-5 years of Retail Pharmacy experience with 2 years of experience as Pharmacist In Charge
Preferred: HMO and 3rd party managed care experience

Required:Current Texas Pharmacy license

Required:Operate computer terminal for processing prescriptions

Required:Communication – able to communicate with Pharmacy Department personnel to delegate duties,
