Current Need
The Product Manager is a synthesizer who monitors the market, researches and defines new capabilities and products to bring to the market. You will be a vital part of the Product Management team - setting direction for how all our products will interact and communicate together. As the Product Manager, you will make a difference in the lives of our customers by executing on the vision for Pharmacy Services.
To be successful, you will have a clear understanding of our product capabilities, strategic goals, and ensure that the product evolves within this vision and the overall portfolio vision. You must be able to communicate the vision, requirements, and priorities clearly to many different teams. You will work closely with our marketing and customer facing teams and the company at large in support of the platform and the other product areas. As part of your role, you will conduct market research, drive product definition and design, and be a champion of platform features both internally and externally.
Primary Responsibilities
- Define and research business requirements, have frequent customer communication and collaboration with Domain Owners, Product Strategists and Business Analysts
- Engage in market analyses to understand current and future trends, market segmentation and customer needs
- Manage product area roadmaps and coordinate with other Product Managers and strategize on dependencies
- Maintain continued awareness of industry changes in software development and how it should impact our solution
- Lead customer feedback meetings to drive internal understanding of customer use cases
- Ensure internal and external business needs are identified, prioritized and communicated as part of release planning
- Create materials (presentations and demos) to help train additional teams on new capabilities
- Engage and participate in the ideation process with our customer and internal communities
- Engage in active review and revisions to product features and roadmaps throughout the release cycle to ensure that functionality meets requirements
- Have a clear understanding and view of the competitive landscape
Minimum Requirements
Degree or equivalent and typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
Critical Skills
- 3-5 years of product management experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge and experience in a pharmacy
- Proven leadership, analytical, decision-making, and team building skills
- Effective communication skills; listening, written and verbal; ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

In addition to base pay, other compensation, such as an annual bonus or long-term incentive opportunities may be offered.
Our Base Pay Range for this position
