About the Role
As a Shared Services Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and timely delivery of prescription orders to patients in our National Markets. Your responsibilities will include:
- Learn our systems thoroughly, managing both internal and external pharmacy operations.
- Be a team player, handle various aspects of prescription orders.
- Communicate well with doctors' offices, pharmacies, and insurers to meet prescription needs.
- Collaborate with pharmacy colleagues to ensure a smooth customer experience in a dynamic workflow.
- Provide counseling and drug-related information to customers for both prescription and over-the-counter items.
Requirements:

- You have 1-2+ years of relevant pharmacy experience, including prescription processing, inventory management, and customer inquiries
- You hold a valid Pharmacist License in New Jersey and at least 1-2 other states where we operate and willing to obtain additional licenses as business needs. Additional states can include: GA, TX, MA, IL, CO, CA, FL, TN, PA, MN, DC
- You are resourceful, optimistic, creative, and enjoy helping your team
- You understand how to create a great customer experience and can analyze and improve pharmacy processes
- You are available to work within operating hours: Pharmacy Hours: 9AM - 5PM EST and possibility of nights and weekends if business needs change

The starting anticipated earnings for this position is between $125,000/year. Compensation packages include base pay and benefits
