Job Title: Pharmaceutical Production Manufacture

Job Summary: The Pharmaceutical Production Manufacture is responsible for the micronization and milling of pharmaceutical materials following Catalent's procedures and cGMP guidelines. They ensure proper operation of equipment and maintain accurate documentation of production processes.
Even Simpler: This job is like being a cook who follows a specific recipe to mix and grind ingredients for medicines very carefully and writes down everything they do to make sure it's done right.
Work Hours: Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour!
Location: Onsite – Malvern, PA
Essential Functions:
Perform micronization and milling of hazardous and non-hazardous pharmaceutical actives and excipients.
Set up, operate, and monitor production processes, documenting production on batch records in accordance with good documentation procedures.
Review documentation for completeness, accuracy, and clarity, submitting edits for revision as required.
Work in a regulated environment, adhering to standard operating procedures and cGMP.
Clean the processing area and equipment thoroughly.
Participate in shift change meetings, site/team meetings, and projects.
Knowledge/Skills:
Prior manufacturing experience preferred; ability to meet physical requirements of the job.
Organizational skills
Detail orientation
Communication skills (oral and written)
Basic math skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
Ability to work with hazardous chemicals and wear personal protective equipment
Physical strength and stamina to perform moderate physical labor and stand or walk for up to 8 hours per day
Note: Ability to work weekday and weekend overtime is a plus. Prior production experience and work in a regulated environment are preferred.

Pay Details: $23.00 per hour
