Pest Control Applicator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. As a Pest Control Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting properties, identifying pest issues, and implementing effective Pest Control solutions. This is a full-time position that offers competitive pay and opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
- Determine the type of pests present and the extent of the infestation
- Develop and implement customized Pest Control treatment plans
- Apply pesticides and other Pest Control products in accordance with safety guidelines
- Seal off entry points and implement preventive measures to minimize future infestations
- Educate customers on proper sanitation practices and pest prevention techniques
- Maintain accurate records of services provided and complete necessary paperwork
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and answering questions

Requirements:
- Previous experience in Pest Control or a related field is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of common pests, their behavior, and effective treatment methods
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and farm machinery is a plus
- Ability to drive to different locations throughout the day
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales experience is beneficial for upselling additional services
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 - $36.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
