Responsibilities
We are seeking ambitious and energetic Pest QA Route Supervisorsto effectively lead and train a team of Service Technicians. The Pest Control industry is not exactly what it may seem. Pest Control is more of a maintenance program to ensure that our customers don’t suffer from reoccurring pest activity. Like electricians or HVAC technicians, our ultimate goal is to ensure the safety and well-being of the customers that we serve.
What You’ll Do
- Oversees the activities of and teaches good pest control practices and Clark's Policy to sales/service technicians.
- Skillfully prices, schedules and evaluates jobs and quality control.
- Performs other administrative tasks including ordering equipment and supplies, compiling and submitting a variety of reports, and calling clients with callbacks and stopped service.
- Will perform pest control services on commercial and residential accounts when necessary.
- Responsible for properly accounting for company funds received or spent during the course of everyday business activities.
- Coordinates activities with the pest department secretary and other branch personnel.
- Trains technicians in safe handling and disposal of pesticides.

Qualifications
What You’ll Need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license required
- Maintain a Branch II Field Representative license or Operator’s license issued by the Structural Pest Control Board.
- Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments
What’s Required
We require a good driving record and the ability to pass a drug screen and physical. Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the following job duties with or without accommodations:
- Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
- Willing and able to stand, walk, sit, bend, crawl, lift and carry for extended periods of time (within crawl spaces, attics and basements)
- Climb ladders and work at heights, including attics
