RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PERSONAL TRAINER:
- Motivate and lead members through enjoyable exercise programs developed for their needs
- Help members to set and reach their fitness goals through positive interactions, each session

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A PERSONAL TRAINER:
- Must enjoy teaching others
- Minimum age of 18
- Accredited Personal Trainer certification (ACSH- American College of Sports Medicine, ACE- American Council on Exercise, NSCA- National Strength and Conditioning Assocation, NASM- National Academy of Sports Medicine)
- Ability to motivate others
- YMCA Personal Training Instructor or equivalent
