RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PERSONAL TRAINER:
- Motivate and lead members through enjoyable exercise programs developed for their needs
- Help members to set and reach their fitness goals through positive interactions, each session

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A PERSONAL TRAINER:
- Must enjoy teaching others
- Minimum age of 18
- Accredited certification (National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), American Council of Exercise (ACE))
- Ability to motivate others
- YMCA Personal Training Instructor or equivalent
