• Bachelor’s degree and a J.D. degree is required
• Membership in the State Bar Association and a state license to practice law is mandatory
• 2 years of experience in Personal Injury litigation or trial experience in medical malpractice, Personal Injury, wrongful death, or civil litigation practice areas is needed
• A good understanding of Personal Injury law/ tort law, medical terminology, wrongful death, civil and family law, and medical malpractice is desired
• Superb drafting, research, negotiation, and communication skills are preferred
