Our firm - a boutique women owned law firm - is excited to offer an opportunity for an enthusiastic Personal Injury Attorney with 1 -5+ years of experience to join our dedicated team. Based in Miami and New York City, we're expanding our Florida office with a lawyer associate who shares our passion for advocacy and excellence.

Your Role and Responsibilities include:

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of both presuit and lawsuit phases, involving litigation, motion practice, and trial work. As a key member of our trial firm, you will:

• Manage a diverse range of Personal Injury cases from intake to trial.
• Be actively engaged in all litigation stages, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery management.
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and negotiations, often against high-profile opponents.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on litigation strategies.
• Gain extensive trial preparation and courtroom experience. This position offers an unparalleled opportunity to those eager to immerse themselves in trial law within a supportive and ambitious environment.

We're Looking For:

• A J.D. from an accredited law school with admission to the Florida Bar.
