PERSONAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
Lorentz Bruun Construction has an exciting opportunity for a Personal Executive Assistant to support our President and internal team. We are looking for an individual who is adaptable, professional, and a team player with a high level of organization and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.

Position Overview
The Personal Executive Assistant will report directly to the Lorentz Bruun Construction President. This role is responsible for ensuring all action steps are completed and strong follow-up is conducted related to the President’s business and personal activities as well as other administrative projects as needed. The ideal candidate is a fast learner and a self-directed problem-solver with positive energy and a can-do attitude. The role will handle details regarding highly confidential items of critical nature and must function efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer phone calls, emails, and take messages and relay to appropriate team members.
- Calendar Management: Effectively manage the President’s personal and business calendars, including booking appointments and meetings.
- Help with daily time management, setting reminders for important upcoming events, accurately entering meeting details, and understanding overall priorities to ensure a smooth schedule.
- Travel: Book flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and create itineraries.
- Organize and coordinate personal arrangements such as dinner reservations, hotels, concert tickets, etc.
- Complete necessary errands in support of the President, executive team, and administrative team.
- Record Management: Submit expense reports and maintain an organized filing system.
- Assist with the planning and execution of internal and external company events.
- Available and accessible to the President during established office hours, and occasional after-hours requests.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant, Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Very detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and follow-through.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to anticipate needs and solve problems autonomously.
- Positive attitude required.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and like programs.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required.
Schedule
Full-time, In Office; M-F 8 AM-5 PM
Occasional after-hours tasks on an as needed basis.
Travel Requirements
This position will involve errands as needed and therefore a personal vehicle, for which mileage will be reimbursed, is preferred.
