The successful candidate will be responsible for handling commercial litigation matters, as well as variety of transactional/business litigation, some real estate and estate planning. Posting Title: Litigation Attorney
Salary: $90K - $115K
Responsibilities:
- Handle large volume of litigation paperwork, drafting and filing motions, discovery, production
- Business and Commercial litigation matters
- Transactional matters
- Real Estate matters
- Contribute to the firm's commitment to excellence in legal services
Qualifications:
- Admitted to the Indiana Bar
- Minimum 2-5 years experience preferred
- Additional admissions in Federal Court jurisdictions is highly advantageous
- Proven expertise in writing, research and strategy in business and civil litigation
