This position is based at our Headquarters in Fairfield, Ohio.Salary: The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $225,000 annually. The pay determination is based on the applicant's education, experience, location, knowledge, skills and abilities. Eligible associates may also receive an annual cash bonus and stock incentives based on company and individual performance.Be ready to:reduce our dependance on outside consulting work performed for financial reporting related to US tax implications of our international operationscreate and administer the quarterly financial reporting process for our Lloyd's operation ensuring appropriate foreign taxes are recorded in our GAAP and UK financialsdevelop and maintain the foreign tax compliance process ensuring appropriate foreign taxes are reflected in our US federal tax returreview international calculations including FTC, PFIC and E&Passess International Tax returns, including forms 5471, 8858, 8865 and 8975create and maintain platform to determine Pillar Two exposure for our foreign operationsQualificationsBe equipped with:experience and understanding of transfer pricing with the ability to analyze amounts charged for cross border transfer of servicesin-depth knowledge of US International Tax rules and regulationsproven experience with navigating permanent establishment rules applicable to our foreign operationsexcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsstrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with senior and executive leadershipBring education and experience from:bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other related field; master's degree in taxation preferredCertified Public Accountant (CPA) required8+ years of tax experience at a public accounting firm with an emphasis on property, casualty or life insurance, or equivalent corporate tax experience at a Fortune 500 organizationEnjoy benefits and amenitiesYour commitment to providing strong service, sharing best practices, and creating solutions that impact lives is appreciated.
