Position Expectations

• Accurately maintain the schedule of the CEO by appropriately aligning both personal and professional calendars
• Move with ease between priorities and tasks as the day unfolds
• Be preemptive and anticipate needs by being aware of all moving pieces and addressing them ahead of time
• Communication is key; be implicit with tasks assigned, having 100% certainty of the outcome and deadline. Be explicit with your communication, ensuring expectations are understood.
• Accurately arrange all aspects of travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation
• Apply value to all tasks with a “no job is too small” attitude
• Stay informed about critical business projects and deadlines and advise the CEO as needed
• Safeguard sensitive information, ensuring privacy and security

Additional Needs

• You will work closely with the CEO and follow his schedule.
• Hours will shift by day depending on the CEO’s schedule
• This position will cover everything from creating presentations, scheduling travel and creating itineraries, scheduling meetings, writing thank you cards, and running personal and professional errands.

• CEO’s multiple calendars are easy to understand, maintain, follow, and update
• Goals and objectives are clearly defined and communicated between staff members and the CEO
• CEO’s travel arrangements are planned, simple, and accurate with no question of need
• CEO experiences increased productivity and eased ability to achieve goals on a personal and professional level

Must Haves

• 3 years of Assistant to CEO experience
• Experience with Apple IOS and Google Suites
• High Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• CRM Experience
• Pass Background and Driving Record Check
• Sign NDA and confidentiality agreement

Like to Have

• Quickbooks Experience
• WordPress and Canva experience
• Adobe Acrobat
