We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide high-level support to our Owner. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational skills, and demonstrate discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of their work.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the Owner’s complex calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing emails, calls, and correspondence.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as needed.
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare materials for meetings and presentations.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, including catering and technology setup.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the Owner as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or Personal Assistant supporting senior executives.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

- High school or equivalent (Required)
