Personal Assistant

We are seeking qualified candidates to work as a sidekick and Personal Assistant.

The successful candidate will live on-site and help with running household and business operations.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• -Assisting with businesses and household
• - Running errands and completing tasks as required
• - Providing support as needed
• - Acting as a Personal Assistant to the owner
• - Listening, reasoning and confiding to work to achieve goals, overcome obstacles or undergo internal development​

Requirem​ents:

• - single, fit, capable, motivated and determined
• - be energetic and able to work 8-10 hour shifts
• - be comfortable with a wide range of tasks and responsibilities
• - possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
• - have a positive ​ attitude with knowledge and history of good work ethics

Qualifications:

• -Prior experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role
• -The willingness to learn and develop new skills is essential
• - Ability to quickly adapt and change horses midstream while moving forward is expected

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (Required)
• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Schedule management: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:
