This job is in a residential house and 3-4 residents is all that will be in house at one time. There is a $500.00 sign on bonus for those that can interview and start immediately.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to residents.
- Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Administer medication and monitor medication schedules.
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
- Monitor and manage behaviors related to dementia or other cognitive impairments.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of clients at all times.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Housekeeping responsibilities as well and a sign on bonus of $500.00 for those that can start immediately
Requirements:
- Previous experience in senior care, patient care, assisted living, dementia care, or related fields is preferred.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies.
- Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
