Personal Assistant
Gardner Capital is seeking a well-qualified, full-time Personal Assistant to support our Principal, based in St. Louis. Gardner Capital is an Affordable Housing and Solar developer, investor and tax credit syndicator with a nationwide presence. Gardner Capital is now managing and developing more housing and solar deals than ever before, and to accommodate this higher volume, we need extra assistance for our Principal. The Personal Assistant will primarily support the Chief of Staff with strategic planning, meeting & travel logistics, and other administrative duties for the Administrative Team.
Job Duties
- Completes a broad variety of personal tasks for Principal:
- Coordinating Principal’s activities with Administrative Team
- Arranging complex and detailed travel plans
- Managing special projects for Principal
- Works closely with Chief of Staff and other Admins to ensure Principal has information and equipment necessary to succeed
- Prioritizes conflicting needs – handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows through on projects to successful completion, often with deadlines
- Manages all aspects of Principal’s primary residence and other property, including inventory of Principal’s personal items
- Reports timely and accurately to Chief of Staff and Principal

Experience / Education
- Prior Administrative experience preferred
- Resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Adobe and SharePoint preferred
- Detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
